I know France lost yesterday 4-1 but I'm not sure against who. It was an enteresting game.

And Now some insides:

Jorge Flores might be the only reality-show winner in the world to claim that avenue as a path to a professional soccer career. Though it went under the radar of many because the program was a Spanish language production, "Sueno MLS" was a show that tested out around 2,000 hopefuls in rounds of trials before declaring Flores the winner in 2007, the inaugural year of the competition. They awarded him a youth contract and later upgraded that to a roster spot on the MLS team that hosted the event, Chivas USA.

After a disappointing showing against England, and a better but still not complete effort in a loss to Spain, the United States had one more chance to show its fans that it could stand toe-to-toe with a world power.

The Americans did just that on Sunday, riding a heroic effort from Tim Howard to battle Argentina, the No. 1 team in the world, to a scoreless tie in front of 78,682 at Giants Stadium.

Argentina did what it is known for early on, creating countless chances with its speedy and unpredictable attack, but the U.S. defense held firm as Howard came through with a series of jaw-dropping stops to give his team the confidence it needed to deliver its first complete performance of the recent friendlies.
